  Bob Eaton: theatre director and writer
In 1981 Bob was appointed Artistic Director of
The Everyman Theatre Liverpool
The first show he wrote and directed here was LENNON
which transferred to Off-Broadway in 1982 and
The Astoria Theatre London in 1985 where it won the
Sunday Times Award for Best Musical
and two Olivier Award nominations
It has recently been revived at The Royal Court Theatre Liverpool in 2010 and 2013
to great critical acclaim:
